I offer several different cleaning services to best fit your needs:

Basic Cleaning

This service is generally weekly/biweekly/monthly. This service is to maintain the standard of cleanliness in the home and includes the following.

• Bathrooms: Sanitizing the toilet, tub, and sink. Wiping mirrors and countertops. Vacuuming and mopping floors. Empting and replacing garbage bags.

• Bedrooms: Vacuum or mop flooring. Simple Surface dusting.

• Kitchen: Wipe down visible surfaces such as counters, tables, and backsplash. Sanitizing the sink. Wipe down the front of appliances including the oven, stove, dishwasher and trash cans. Vacuuming and mopping floors.

• Living Areas: Dusting surfaces including shelving, tables, and entertainment centers. Vacuuming and mopping floors.

Deep Cleaning

This service would be considered a one-time or monthly clean depending on your needs. This is also recommended for first time cleans so that we can find the standard of what you would like to maintain in your home, it also allows any follow up cleanings to be efficient. The services listed would be in addition to those listed in a "Basic Cleaning".

• Intense Dusting (Under couch, doors, ceiling fans, light fixtures, air vents, and blinds)

• Interior Windows and window sills 

• Wiping down walls and baseboards

• Inside of Stove and Microwave

• Glass sliding doors

• Disinfecting Door Handles and Light switches

• Scrubbing grout

Move-in/Move-out Cleaning

This cleaning is focused on returning a property to a "like-new" condition.

• Dusting: Blinds, Door frames, ceiling fans, light fixtures, air vents

• Interior of windows and window sills

• Wiping down of walls and baseboards

• Appliances including oven, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator.

• Wiping stove top, countertops, sinks, and backsplash

• Glass sliding doors

• Disinfecting door handles and light switches

• Bathroom cleaning includes cleaning and disinfecting toilets, tubs, and sinks.

• Wiping interior and exterior of cabinets

• Scrubbing grout on tile surfaces

• Vacuuming and mopping floors

***There is a $100 Minimum for any service provided
